This is an area of law that deals with administrative bodies or quasi court settings. In most case these are boards of people who have been appointed to the board to deal with specific cases. A whole area of law has developed to ensure that everyone that appears before these types of bodies are treated fairly and that the rules pertaining to each board or area are followed. If a board fails to follow proper procedure, if they are bias, if the they fail to act according to their rules there are options. Options like Judicial Review, appealing to a governing body or a high board, etc.
